Thank you for visiting my site! I am a biological anthropologist and evolutionary biologist interested in the relationships between wild animal and plant communities and how these can be affected by human activities. I am also involved in several additional projects including applied conservation science in Madagascar, human health and conservation in Uganda, and the application of ecological techniques to the study and modelling of human disease transmission. My work is highly interdisciplinary and integrative and involves combining intensive empirical field observations with laboratory techniques in chemistry and molecular biology.
